You may pay by Cheque, Inter-Bank Transfer, Credit Card or Paypal.

You may also pay through Inter-Bank Transfer using ATM machine or internet banking. For security reason, we will send you our bank account information in a separate email upon receiving your order. Shipping will commence once we received your payment.
All government agencies, national labs, universities, polytechnics, ITE and public schools in Singapore are given 30 days credit terms. If you are a staff or student from any of these agencies /schools, you may send us a P.O. or confirmation letter with a reference number given by your agency/school. For orders with credit terms, goods can only be delivered to your agency/school, and Local Courier Service is the only shipping option.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
For local shipment, you can choose to ship your items via SingPost Local (Registered) Mail or Local Courier Service. To ensure that the items your ordered reach you, we do not ship via SingPost Local (Unregistered) Mail.
SingPost (Registered) Mail Service
- It may take about 3 to 5 working days (or sometimes longer) for the package to reach you.
- Maximum weight: 2 kilograms
- We will send you a shipment confirmation email with the registration number after we shipped your order.
Local Courier Service
- Avaiblable from Monday to Friday, excluding public holiday.
- May be trackable depending on courier service provider.
- The courier guys usually deliver the package by the next working day. Nevertheless, a delay of about 2 to 3 working days may happen due to the weather / traffic condition or sudden surge in workload (especially after long weekend or during festival season). If you need the product urgently, we suggest you pick up your order from our store.
- We will send you a shipment confirmation email with your package tracking number (if available) after we shipped your order.
IMPORTANT: What is meant by "Shipped":
- "SHIPPED" means the product you ordered had left our office. These are with the courier service provider or Post Office and to be sorted out or prepared for delivery to you. The product will not be sent to you rightaway after leaving our office.
We do not accept C.O.D. orders.
LOCAL HOTEL DELIVERY
If you are visiting Singapore and are staying in a local hotel, we can deliver your order to the hotel's front desk. When placing your order via our online shopping cart, state the hotel address as your shipping address and select local courier service. Should you have any specific instructions, you can provide them in the Comment Box before checking out.
You may pick up your order between 9:30am to 1pm and 2pm to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holiday).
We accept only Cash / NETS payment in our store. Credit Card payment is not acceptable.
For Cash-On-Pickup, please pick up your order by the next working day. If otherwise, your order will be returned to store.
GOODS AND SERVICES TAX (GST)
All orders with a Singapore shipping address or picked up from our store are subject to a 7% GST.
You may pay by Western Union, Wire Transfer, Credit Card or Paypal. Full payment must be made prior to the shipment of the products. We only accept payments in Singapore currencies.
Please note that there is a restriction on the use of Debit card issued outside Singapore. Kindly check with your card issuer on whether your Debit card can be used to purchase goods from Singapore.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
For international shipment, you can choose to ship your package via SingPost Registered Air Mail, FedEx Economy or FedEx International Priority.
In the event that the carrier you have chosen does not provide shipping service to your destination, we will use an alternative equivalent carrier to ship your package.
SingPost Registered Air Mail is recommended for customers who prefer low shipping cost and do not need the products urgently. Because of the low cost, it is much slower than FedEx. For the parcel to reach you, it takes about 8 to 14 working days. It also does not provide any tracking, and the package shipped is not insured. Delivery in the destination country will be made by the destination country's postal service.FedEx Economy is currently available for shipment to most Asia countries, Australia, New Zealand, USA and major Europe locations. Customers in Asia usually receive their package in about 2 to 3 working days, while those in USA and Europe in about 4 to 5 working days. If our shopping cart does not reflect this shipping option for your country, let us know so that we can check with FedEx for any latest update.
FedEx International Priority is fast but more expensive. Customers in Asia usually receive their package in about 1 to 2 working days, while those in USA and Europe in about 2 to 3 working days.
FedEx provides on-line tracking and the package shipped is insured. FedEx does not normally deliver on Saturday, but may do so for an additional charge. Please contact FedEx for details.
SHIPPING FORWARDER We can also deliver the package to your shipping forwarder based in Singapore. In this case, the shipping charge will be based on local rate.
Please note that the delivery time quoted is based on best-case and is only a rough estimate. In reality, the shipment may be delayed by weather, local holiday, customs inspection or other natural disasters. We will not be responsible for the delay.
Please also note that the shipping charges reflected in your order upon checking out your cart do not include any remote area charges. Should there be any such charges imposed by the carrier, we will inform you accordingly.
TAXES AND IMPORT DUTIES
Our international shipping charges reflect only the base shipping charges, not including any customs duties, taxes and country specific fees. You are responsible for paying any additional local taxes, Value Added Tax or GST, tariffs and/or import duties that may be imposed by your country, and any custom clearance fee that may be imposed by the carrier. If you do not pay the required taxes, tariff, duty, fees etc and as a result, your order cannot be delivered to you, we shall not be liable for any loss or damages arising from the non-delivery. We shall also not refund to you the monies, including shipping charges, which you have paid for your order.
We are not able to provide an estimate of such amount. If you are unsure of your country's import policies, please check with the relevant authorities of your country before ordering.
You can cancel an order if you notify us before your order is processed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order.
