Placing an order via our online shopping cart:

If you wish to place an order with a Purchase Order (P.O.) from your company, school or institution, and require a quotation from us to generate the P.O., please email us at sales@sgbotic.com.


DOMESTIC ORDER (DELIVERY WITHIN SINGAPORE)

PAYMENT

You can choose to pay by Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard only) or PayNow.

LOCAL DELIVERY

Parcel will be shipped via Courier Service.

Delivery is generally arranged for next working day if we receive your order by 12noon. However, delivery delay of 2 to 3 working days may happen if there is an overwhelming load on the courier service.

STORE PICK-UP

To save the shipping fee, you can choose to pick up your order from our office by selecting "Store Pick-Up".

LOCAL HOTEL DELIVERY

If you are visiting Singapore and are staying in a local hotel, we can deliver your order to the hotel's front desk. When placing your order, state the hotel address as your shipping address. Should you have any specific instructions, provide them in the Comment Box before checking out.

GOODS AND SERVICES TAX (GST)

All orders with a Singapore shipping address or are picked up from our office are subject to a 7% GST.


INTERNATIONAL ORDER (DELIVERY OUTSIDE SINGAPORE)

PAYMENT

Payment must be made in Singapore Dollars via Paypal.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Shipment will be via FedEx Economy or FedEx International Priority. The available option(s) will be shown after you provide your shipping address.

In the event that FedEx does not ship to your destination and you could not complete your order online, please email us at sales@sgbotic.com.

You will be able to track your parcel on FedEx website. FedEx does not normally deliver on Saturday, but may do so for an additional charge. You will have to contact FedEx for more details.

Please note that the shipping charges reflected in your order upon checking out do not include any remote area charges. If there is any such charges imposed by FedEx, we will inform you accordingly.

TAXES AND IMPORT DUTIES

Shipping charges reflected in your order refers to only the base shipping charges, not including any customs duties, taxes and destination country specific fees. You are responsible for paying the duties and/or taxes imposed by your country, and any custom clearance fee imposed by the carrier. Failure to pay may result in non-delivery of your order, and we are not responsible for your losses or damages arising from such non-delivery. We shall also not refund to you the amount you have paid for your order, including the shipping charges.

We are not able to provide an estimate of such amount. If you are unsure of your country's import policies, please check with the relevant authorities of your country before ordering.


CANCELLING AN ORDER

You can cancel your order if you notify us before your order is processed.
