If you wish to place an order with a Purchase Order (P.O.) from your company, school or institution, and require a quotation from us to generate the P.O., please email us at email@example.com.
You can choose to pay by Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard only) or PayNow.
If you are picking up your order from our store, you have an additional option of paying on pickup (i.e. Cash-On-Pickup). Do note that we only accept Cash or NETS payment in our store. Credit Card payment is not acceptable in our store.
You can choose to ship via SingPost Tracked Package or Local Courier Service.
SingPost Tracked Package
- Generally takes about 3 to 5 working days for the parcel to reach you. Sometimes delays in delivery can happen due to unexpected circumstances
- Maximum weight of parcel: 2 kilograms
- Maximum size of parcel: 324mm x 229mm x 65mm
- SingPost will deliver the parcel directly to your letterbox and update you of the delivery.
Local Courier Service
Delivery is generally arranged for next working day if we receive your order by 2pm. Nevertheless, a delivery delay of about 2 to 3 working days may happen due to weather or traffic condition, or during festival season and super sale periods like 10.10, 11.11, 12.12. If you need the product urgently, we suggest you pick up your order from our store
LOCAL HOTEL DELIVERY
If you are visiting Singapore and are staying in a local hotel, we can deliver your order to the hotel's front desk. When placing your order, state the hotel address as your shipping address and select Local Courier Service. Should you have any specific instructions, you can provide them in the Comment Box before checking out.
You can choose to pick up your order from our store by selecting "Store Pick-Up". Our operating hours are from 9:30am to 1pm and 2pm to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holiday).
Please pick up your order by the next working day. If otherwise, your order will be returned to store. Do note that we only accept Cash or NETS payment in our store. Credit Card payment is not acceptable in our store.
We do not accept C.O.D. orders.
GOODS AND SERVICES TAX (GST)
All orders with a Singapore shipping address or are picked up from our store are subject to a 7% GST.
Payment must be made in Singapore Dollars via Western Union. If you would like to pay via Paypal, please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You can choose to ship via SingPost Registered Air Mail, FedEx Economy or FedEx International Priority.
In the event that the carrier you have chosen does not provide shipping service to your destination, we will use an alternative equivalent carrier to ship your parcel.
SingPost Registered Air Mail does not provide any tracking, and the parcel shipped is not insured. It generally takes about 8 to 14 working days for the parcel to reach you. Delivery in your country will be made by your country's postal service.FedEx Economy is currently available for shipment to most Asia countries, Australia, New Zealand, USA and major Europe locations. If our shopping cart does not reflect this shipping option for your country, email us at email@example.com. Customers in Asia usually receive their package in about 2 to 3 working days, while those in USA and Europe in about 4 to 5 working days.
FedEx International Priority is fast but more expensive. Customers in Asia usually receive their package in about 1 to 2 working days, while those in USA and Europe in about 2 to 3 working days.
On-line tracking is available on FedEx website and the parcel shipped is insured. FedEx does not normally deliver on Saturday, but may do so for an additional charge. Please contact FedEx for details.
Delivery time quoted above is only a rough estimate based on best-case scenario. In reality, shipment can be delayed by weather, local holiday, customs inspection or other natural disasters. We will not be responsible for such delay.
Please note that the shipping charges reflected in your order upon checking out your cart do not include any remote area charges. Should there be any such charges imposed by the carrier, we will inform you accordingly.
DELIVERY TO LOCAL SHIPPING FORWARDER
We can deliver your parcel to your shipping forwarder based in Singapore. In this case, the shipping charge will be based on local rate.
TAXES AND IMPORT DUTIES
Shipping charges reflected in your order refers to only the base shipping charges, not including any customs duties, taxes and country specific fees. You are responsible for paying any additional local taxes, Value Added Tax or GST, tariffs and/or import duties that may be imposed by your country, and any custom clearance fee that may be imposed by the carrier. If you do not pay the required taxes, tariff, duty, fees etc and as a result, your order cannot be delivered to you, we shall not be liable for any loss or damages arising from the non-delivery. We shall also not refund to you the monies, including shipping charges, which you have paid for your order.
We are not able to provide an estimate of such amount. If you are unsure of your country's import policies, please check with the relevant authorities of your country before ordering.
You can cancel an order if you notify us before your order is processed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order.
