Ordering Information

We have created an order, payment and shipping process to meet the divert needs of our customers. Ordering information is presented here to assist you in your purchase. If, in any case, you need to seek further clarification or request additional information, you can send us an email or call us. We will attend to your request as soon as possible.

Though we accept phone and email order, we encourage customers to place their order through this online shopping cart. As all merchandises are subject to prior sale, online order will ensure the items you ordered will be available to you upon checkout.

At Singapore Robotic, we do everything we can to make sure our customers get the best possible services and products. We do recognise, however, that we don't always get it right first time. If you have any problem with your order, let us know as soon as possible so that we can put matters right.

DOMESTIC ORDER (WITHIN SINGAPORE)

PAYMENT
You may pay by Cheque, Inter-Bank Transfer, Credit Card or Paypal.

For cheque payment, we will reserve the goods for you while waiting for cheque clearance. Shipping will commence once the cheque is cleared. Please make your cheque payable to Singapore Robotic and mail it to:

You may also pay through Inter-Bank Transfer using ATM machine or internet banking. For security reason, we will send you our bank account information in separate email. Shipping will commence once we received the payment.

All government agencies, national labs, universities, polytechnics, ITE and public schools in Singapore are given 30 days credit terms. If you are the staff or student from the above agencies /schools, you may send us a P.O. or confirmation letter with a reference number given by your agency/school. For credit terms payment, goods can only be delivered to your agency/school and Local Courier is the only shipping option.


SHIPPING AND HANDLING 
The shipping choices for local delivery is SingPost Local Mail, SingPost Local Registered Mail and Local Courier.

SingPost (Registered) Mail Service

  • Average delivery time is 3 to 5 working days, may take longer for the package to reach you
  • Package registered, delivery time not guaranteed
  • Maximum weight: 200-grams
  • We will send you a shipment confirmation email with the registration number after we ship your order.

SingPost (Unregistered) Mail Service

  • Average delivery time is 3 to 5 working days, may take longer for the package to reach you
  • Not trackable, not insured, delivery time not guaranteed
  • Maximum weight: 200-grams
  • We will send you a shipment confirmation email after we ship your order.

Please Note - SingPost (Unregistered) Mail Service are NOT insured. In the case a package is lost or damaged in transit, Singapore Robotic (sgBotic) is not responsible for replacing the order.

Courier Service (Monday to Friday, exclude public holiday)

  • Trackable 
  • Same-day shipping: Orders received by 3 PM on a business day will be shipped the same day; orders received after 3pm time will be shipped the next business day.
  • The courier guys usually deliver the package within 1 working day, however, it may be delayed by 1~2 working day due to the weather / traffic condition or sudden surge in workload (especially after the long weekend or during festival session). If you need the product urgently, please pickup your order from our office.
  • We will send you a shipment confirmation email with your package tracking number after we ship your order. 

IMPORTANT:  Difference between Shipped and Delivery:

  • SHIPPED means the stuff you ordered had left our office / store and is on the way to the delivery service (courier's warehouse, Post Office, etc) - Not send to you directly
  • DELIVERY means the delivery service received the stuff and ready to deliver the stuff to you.

 

CASH-ON-DELIVERY

We do not accept C.O.D. orders.


LOCAL PICK-UP
Customers are encourage to place their order through our shopping cart. As all merchandises are subject to prior sale, online order will ensure the items you ordered will be availablePlease contact us with your order number to verify your order is ready for pick up.  

You may pick up your order between 9:30am to 12noon and 1:30pm to 4:30pm, Monday though Friday.

We accept cash payment for local pick-up (No Credit Card and NETS). 

For Cash-On-Pickup, please collect your order by next working day, otherwise your order will be returned to store.

 

BACK ORDERS 
In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship in-stock items immediately and ship the backordered items as soon as they are available via the shipping method you selected during checkout. No additional shipping charges will be imposed on you.


GOODS AND SERVICE TAX (GST) 
All orders with a Singapore shipping address are subjected 7% GST. 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDER (OUTSIDE SINGAPORE)

PAYMENT 
You may pay by Cheque, Money Order, Western Union, Wire Transfer, Credit Card or Paypal. Full payment must be made prior to the delivery of the products. We only accept Singapore fund.

Please note that there is a restriction on the use of Debit card issued outside Singapore. Kindly check with your card issuer on whether your Debit card can be used to purchase goods from Singapore.

 

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
The shipping choices for international delivery are SingPost Registered Air Mail, SF Express, FedEx Economy and FedEx International Priority.

SingPost Registered Air Mail is only available to Asia countries, Australia and New Zealand. We no longer provide this service to USA and Europe due to the long transit time to these locations. This shipping method is recommended to customers who prefer low shipping cost and do not need the parts urgently. Because of the low cost, it is much slower than the FedEx and provides no tracking and the package is not insured. Be patient with this shipping method as package in some countries may takes longer to deliver. Delivery is made by the destination country's postal service.

Estimated delivery interval to some countries:

Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Australia, Korea, New Zealand,  Taiwan, Thailand  --- 8 to 10 working days
Brunei, Philippines, China, Vietnam, Indonesia  --- 8 to 14 working days

SF Express Only available to Malaysia. Customer usually receive their package in 1 to 2 days. SF Express provides on-line trakcing and the package is fully insured.

FedEx Economy currently only available to most Asia countries, Australia, New Zealand, USA and major Europe locations.  Customers in Asia usually receive their package in 2 to 3 days. Delivery to USA and Europe usually take 4 to 5 days. If our shopping cart does not reflect this shipping option for your country, let us know so that we can check with FedEx for latest update.

FedEx International Priority is fast but is more expensive than the registered air mail and FedEx Economy. Customers in Asia uaually receive their package in 1 to 2 days. Delivery to USA and Europe usually take 2 to 3 days.  

FedEx provides on-line tracking and the package is insured. FedEx does not normally deliver on Saturday, but may for an additional charge. Please contact FedEx for details.

SHIPPING FORWARDER We can also deliver the package to your shipping forwarder based in Singapore. In this case, the shipping charge will be based on local rate.


Please note that the delivery interval quoted is based on best-case. In reality, the shipment may be delayed by the weather, local holiday, customs inspection or other natural disasters. We will not be held responsible for the delay.

We will also not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages or any additional fee that the local carrier in your country may charge.


LOCAL PICK-UP 
If you happen to be in Singapore and would like to pick up your order, you must first place your order through our shopping cart and contact us with your order number to verify your order is ready for pick up.

You may pick up your order between 9:30am to 12noon and 1pm to 4:30pm, Monday though Friday.

We accept cash payment for local pick-up. Orders with local pickup are subject to 7% GST


LOCAL HOTEL DELIVERY
If you are stopping at a local hotel we can deliver your order to the front desk. Upon checking into your room, email or call us with your room number. Please select local courier service and allow one working day to process your order. NOTE: All orders with a Singapore shipping address are subject to 7% GST. 


TAXES AND IMPORT DUTIES 
Our international shipping prices reflect the base shipping charge not including customs duties, taxes and country specific fees. Our fees ONLY reflect the cost for us to ship your order to your country. You are responsible for any additional local taxes, GST, tariffs, fees and import duties that may impose by your country. We are not able to provide quote or estimates on the amount. If you are unsure of your country's import policies, please check with them before ordering.


BACK ORDERS

Returns / Warranty / Liability

CANCELLING AN ORDER
You can cancel an order free of charge if we receive your cancellation request before your order is processed, otherwise all fees incurred will be borne by the customer. Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order.


PRODUCT RETURNS
Singapore Robotic accepts returns for any purchased items that are in the original conditions and packaging within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of merchandise. All sales are considered final after 14 calendar days. All returned merchandise must be in their original packaging and must not been energized, programmed or otherwise modified. Singapore Robotic cannot accept returns on purchased items that have had electrical power applied to them, or been otherwise programmed and altered. We also cannot accept returns of partially or completely assembled kits done by purchasers. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All delivery or transportation costs and bank/credit card/Paypal charges associated with the returns of the purchased items, unless otherwise stated, will be borne by the customer.

All returned merchandise must be authorized by Singapore Robotic. Contact support@sgbotic.com or call +65-6570 1125 for a Return Authorization Number. With your return, enclose the original receipt or a copy of it. Also include a brief letter of explanation of why the merchandise is being returned. We will either authorize a replacement or store credit on the purchase value of the product returned. Include the authorization number on this letter, and on the outside of the shipping box. Any merchandise returned without a RMA number will not be processed.


WARRANTY INFORMATION

 Singapore Robotic strives to provide accurate descriptions and high quality merchandise. If you have any problems with your order, please let us know as soon as possible! We will do everything in our power to make it right. Any reports of problems with an order shipped more than 14 days ago cannot be serviced.


LIABILITY

Any liability of Singapore Robotic to the Purchaser arising from the use or misuse of the merchandise shall be limited to the Purchase Price paid by the Purchaser for the products.
